KAGAWA SHITSUGEI × FRITZ HANSEN

Five artists from the Japanese brand specialising in traditional craft, Kagawa Urushi Lacquerware, took up the challenge of decorating Arne Jacobsen’s classics − Series 7™, Grand Prix™ and Ant™ chairs − in lacquer. Created under the supervision of Japan’s National Treasure, Yoshito Yamashita, vibrant works that combine the three Kagawa lacquerware techniques of kinma, zonsei and chositsu will be exhibited and sold at Fritz Hansen Tokyo.
