Henrik Brandt took over as chairman of the board of Fritz Hansen in 2017. Henrik Brandt has more than 30 years of CEO experience from listed, private and private equity-owned companies, just as he has over 20 years of experience with professional board work. In 2017, the same year that Henrik Brandt became chairman of the board of Fritz Hansen, he decided to focus exclusively on board work and consultancy. He currently holds a number of board positions, including in Scandinavian Tobacco Group, Toms Gruppen, Nemlig.com and Danish Bake (Lagkagehuset/Ole & Steen). Henrik Brandt has a Master of Science from the Business School in Copenhagen and an MBA from Stanford University.
