SALONE INTERNAZIONALE DEL MOBILE 2010

Republic of Fritz Hansen's showroom in Milan will be converted into an exhibition platform during the Salone for the launch of a new chair designed by Kasper Salto.

A BLAST FROM THE PAST

Fritz Hansen will introduce back into its main collection the Series 8™ chair designed by architect Arne Jacobsen. The Series 8 chair was designed by Jacobsen in 1968 for the Danish National Bank and is amongst a collection of laminated stacking chairs created by the architect for Fritz Hansen.

A NEW STACKABLE CHAIR

Kasper Salto is the star designer behind a new stackable chair that Republic of Fritz Hansen™ will launch during the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan.

LITTLE HELPERS COLLECTION

Fritz Hansen has introduced a colourful collection of furniture accessories that will brighten up the home in a functional yet stylish way. Referred to as the 'little helpers'; Dot™, Coat Tree™ and Little friend™, will add a touch of warmth and personality to your home all year round.

REPUBLIC OF FRITZ HANSEN™ LAUNCHES NAP™

NAP, a new stackable chair designed by the award winning Danish Designer Kasper Salto is launched by Republic of Fritz Hansen. NAP; an abbreviation for Normal, Active, Passive, is designed for optimum comfort regardless of the sitting position.

TAL R EGGS™ TRAVEL TO NEW YORK

Since their launch in 2008, the 50 unique Egg chairs designed by artist Tal R in honor of the Egg chair's 50th Anniversary, have been on a world tour. The 50 unique Egg's will now visit the USA for the first time and will be exhibited at ABC Home and Carpet in New York .

ARNE JACOBSEN EXHIBITION, MADRID

Fritz Hansen will participate in an exhibition organised by the Chamber of Architects in Madrid, Spain on April 8th - May 15th 2010.
